Domino's Pizza in Langenhagen

Order here for what feels like 12 years when it was Joey's. Super satisfied to this day, everything fresh, everything delicious and great ingredients! I would rather pay 2-3 € more and have real cheese on the pizza (mozzarella) at that time it was Joe'y's Gouda & Mozzarella (cheese mix), but rather mozzarella instead of analogue cheese, which is available everywhere in the delivery stalls and doesn't taste good with it! At least the Pizza Chillies have been preserved: D

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous speakers. What should of course be read as the most important thing is that the prices in the "outdated flyer" (which supposedly comes from Hamburg) COLLECTION PRICES !!!! are. At the beginning of December 2020 flyers from July 2020 will be thrown into the mailbox, and a sign with "No advertising" will not be observed at all. The invoice for the order was clearly inflated, unfortunately I only noticed after the driver left that this delivery was not correct at all. According to Dominos regulations, the drivers should also have 50 euro change with them. Unfortunately, I had to pay with a 50 euro note, the driver couldn't change, so I was forced to give him an increased "tip". The alternative of letting the food go back was initially out of the question for me because of a hungry stomach and a very long delivery time. In retrospect, I'm absolutely angry. Yesterday, after the second complaint to Hamburg, I finally got a response from the Langenhagen branch, but after this phone call I didn't really have a better feeling. On the contrary, I was given explanations of my complaints that were not really credible. - Today, for example, a driver should bring me my money within a time window of 2 hours, so that should be done. But, as expected, of course no one came! I definitely recommend another delivery service! I would be really careful with this one.

Brought pizzas were delicious.

If cheese was also ordered in the rim, it must also be there. Unfortunately, this is often only a quarter full. I had also communicated this by email and didn't even get a response. Furthermore, the time of delivery was not even approximately met. When I asked where my order was over the phone, I found myself at a loss. In all cases the order was delivered too late, in the end 50 minutes too late. This is very annoying if the team has been ordered in good time after work and everyone comes home much later. It is especially annoying that the company has been ordering a lot of pizzas there for a long time and nobody seems to care. My criticism didn't even give me a sorry. Instead, 2 children's ice cream. Even if all pizzas always taste good, we will (have to) look around for a reliable delivery service. Therefore there is a star deduction for unreliability and another for too little cheese in the rim.

Bad service, great pizza.

Very little going on on site. Staff very unfriendly, mostly in the kitchen and you are not allowed to eat there at the few tables. Otherwise it looks quite nice there, even if you can look very much into the not so nice kitchen.

Super tasty pizza, I'm thrilled ..! From now on I will only order here. The lady on the phone and the driver were very friendly.

I really don't like eating my pizza rolls dry. I called again to order tartar sauce. When the driver came and didn't have any sauce with him, I got the super cheeky answer: "Yes, bad luck, is also not on the bill" (the missing article is wanted here, because the original tone). When I called again, I was told that there was so much to do, it has not been calculated, but again next time. Incidentally, there is no filling in a pizza roll! Absolutely terribly bad customer service !!!

Very tasty and very good as well as quick service

Absolutely bad .. Ordered penne and got spaghetti .. after asking why you got spaghetti, the only answer was 'We ran out of penne and noodles are noodles too' - since that wasn't the first time with wrong deliveries, it was the last time dominos - Langenhagen. Got really bad.

This place didn't even deserve a star ... I ordered from Dominos for the first time and since it is a large company I just ordered there because if there are so many branches it has to be good, I thought. I ordered a margarita after 1:30 h it finally came, on the pizza margarita there was a piece of salami how it came on no idea. Since I was hungry and the Dominos branch was only 10 minutes away from me, I decided to drive there and describe my problem to the gentlemen, since I am a vegetarian, of course I don't eat salami when I got there the employees looked at me very strangely Then it was my turn (they really work as if they were all still asleep) I described my problem, they said they would make me a new one and I was satisfied with that then I asked for a toilet and I was asked I answered the sentence “don't you have a toilet at home or something” which I quickly find really cheeky when the pizza was ready I wanted to take it with me and suddenly the cashier says that I still have to pay for it, hello ?! I was shocked I was first delivered a pizza that I can't eat and I still paid for it because I didn't think there was a salami on it and then I don't have to pay for the second one, but I continued because I did I didn't want to stay in this juice for another moment when I got home I was really looking forward to the pizza because I was so hungry when I got to halfway I suddenly got really stomach cramps I then looked at the pizza again carefully and noticed it the dough was still raw I was shocked so that was the first and last time I order from this branch I advise everyone to stop at this store disgusting!

Meanwhile my pizza delivery service No. 1 in Langenhagen. Food always hot and fresh and delivered quickly even at peak times. In addition, very nice drivers. Thumbs up ?

Two pizzas ordered, one was filled with 1 liter of hollandaise, the other was not at all. Dutchman should normally be covered with a thin and inexpensive ham, which was not the case either. The ham smelled right and that was certainly not a prosciutto cotto. A year or so ago I also paid with a 50 bill and the guy at the till wanted to pull me off with the excuse that he thought it was a 10 euro bill Hahahahaha. Then he should open his eyes. I have placed an online order. An order confirmation came via email but after 40 minutes I was told that my order could not be found! It is not the first time that this branch is problematic. Unfortunately I hereby give up ordering there.

Simply the worst store in my opinion and the management has absolutely no idea. The young boss has it not to run the shop, let alone the boss. The shop should be closed. An absolute cheek.

The 2 ordered pizzas came on time and were delicious, everything worked well.

Pizza ordered at 5:30 p.m. came after 6 p.m. - and that cold. I called that pizza is cold. I was only told that it couldn't be - so they wanted to assume that I was lying. Fortunately there are other delivery services in Langenhagen that Essen we customer service can do much better!

Quality of Pizza

Bad! Only bad! The second time pizza is misplaced and part of the order is not delivered! Ordered a Dutchman at 21:12 and Tiramisu. At 22:10 the delivery arrived! On the pizza you did not broccoli on it and the tiramisu just not delivered. The driver wanted to cash in but fully! No apology! On the contrary, he acted as if he could not change to deduct more tips. We are better at diminis and will order from the competition in the future! On demand by phone sluggish answers: broccoli is all for that we have extra cheese on it, should we now forward the Tiramisu or what etc.
